Amit founded Starwell Holdings to build a global private investment and operating company that combines long-term capital with operational execution.

His career spans technology, real estate, and civic leadership. He is the founder of Doss Israel Ltd. and shareholder in Doss Inc., Senior Advisor to the Mayor of Sderot, and a member of President Herzog’s “Voice of the People” initiative.

Amit continues to grow Starwell’s portfolio of platforms and partnerships, focused on building enduring value across cycles and geographies.

Shirly supports Starwell’s leadership and day-to-day operations, coordinating across the firm’s platforms and partners to keep the organization running smoothly.
