Starwell Holdings is a private holding company. We build and acquire operating businesses in IT services, invest in and develop real estate, and allocate capital to public markets and alternative investments.
Beyond capital allocation, Starwell acts as a long-term owner and active partner - acquiring companies, scaling platforms, and working alongside management teams to develop durable businesses and real assets. Our approach combines entrepreneurial execution with disciplined investment principles.

Business Focus
Our activities span three core areas:
IT Services
We build platforms in IT services - acquiring controlling or significant stakes in established, profitable companies and rolling them up into a larger group. We partner with owners and operators to preserve what works while adding the infrastructure and discipline of a platform built to last.
Real Estate
We invest in, develop, and operate residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets, taking an owner-led approach to development, asset management, and value creation.
Capital
We allocate capital across public equities, hedge funds, and alternative investments with a long-term mindset, complementing our operating activities.

Acquire and compound
We prefer buying established, profitable businesses over starting from scratch - then compounding them, through operational improvement and further acquisitions. Proven cash flows, existing customer relationships, and experienced teams are the foundation; our job is to strengthen them, not replace them.
Decentralized operations, centralized capital
Portfolio companies run independently under their own management. What’s centralized is capital allocation: cash generated across the group is redeployed to its highest and best use, wherever that may be.
Permanent ownership
We have no fund cycles, no exit deadlines, and no pressure to sell. This lets us make decisions on a horizon measured in decades, hold through cycles, and be the buyer of choice for owners who care what happens to their business after the sale.
Alignment over leverage
We invest our own capital alongside partners and management, structure deals so that everyone wins together, and use debt conservatively - against proven cash flows, never against the balance sheet that anchors the group.
